How it works
Set a goal.
Step on a scale.
That's your whole job.
Bodymaxxer plans your meals, orders your food, writes your workouts and adjusts all of it as your body changes.
Your job
Step 01: Set your goal
Tell Bodymaxxer what you want once: build muscle, get lean, get strong, or hit a weight at a body-fat %.
- A short intake about your body, schedule and equipment
- A realistic timeline before you commit
Your job
Step 02: Weigh in daily
Step on your smart scale each morning. The reading syncs on its own, no typing.
- Weight and body fat from your Renpho scale
- Bodymaxxer watches the 7-day trend, not one noisy day
Bodymaxxer handles it
Step 03: Tells you what to eat
Your calories and macros, turned into a day of food from what is in your fridge, plus the shake that closes the gap.
- Targets set for your phase: lean bulk, cut or maintain
- Ate something else? Send a photo and it rebalances
Bodymaxxer handles it
Step 04: Orders your food
It picks the week's meals from your favorite meal prep service and places the order once you tap approve.
- CookUnity and Uber Eats
- Swap anything you don't feel like eating
Bodymaxxer handles it
Step 05: Tells you what to lift
Today's workout lands in your chat: exercises, sets, reps and the exact weight to put on the bar.
- Built for your schedule and equipment
- Weights go up as you get stronger
Bodymaxxer handles it
Step 06: Adjusts everything
Every week it reads your trend and moves your calories and when to switch from bulk to cut; your lifts move every session.
- Small steps, two weeks apart, so the trend is real
- Tells you what it changed and why

Bodymaxxer messages you when something needs a yes, and tells you what it changed and why. Ate something off-plan? Send a message or a photo. It handles the math.

swap the salmon, not feeling fish
Done. Salmon out, chicken shawarma bowl in. Still on target.
Weekly check-in
You gained 0.4 lb, a bit slow for a lean bulk. I've added 100 kcal from Monday and a set to bench. Keep showing up.

Questions
Good
questions.
What do I need to start?
An invite code and an email address. Chat with Bodymaxxer in Telegram or right here on the site. A Renpho smart scale makes your daily weigh-in automatic; without one, just send your weight in the chat each morning.
Which services does it order food from?
CookUnity and Uber Eats. Connect your account once and Bodymaxxer orders meals that fit your plan, then asks you to approve before anything is placed.
Do I have to eat only the meals it orders?
No. Eat out whenever you like and tell Bodymaxxer what you had, in a message or a photo. It logs it and rebalances the rest of your day.
What kind of training does it give me?
A program built around your goal, experience, schedule and equipment, from a full gym to dumbbells at home. Weights and volume go up as you get stronger.
How does it decide when to bulk or cut?
It watches your weight trend and body fat against your goal. When the numbers say it is time to switch, it switches and tells you why.
Can I pause, export or leave?
Yes. Pause messages, export your data or delete your account at any time, straight from the chat.
